This all natural soap is scented with pure lemongrass essential oil.
Benefits of goat milk soap:
1. A gentle cleanser
Goat milk contains a high amount of fat, including caprylic acid, which removes dirt and environmental pollutants from the skin without distrupting the skins' natural fatty acids. This soap does not contain any harsh surfactants found in many commercial soaps, which can leave skin feeling dry and tight.
2. A natural exfoliant.
Goat milk soap contains lactic acid, a naturally occuring AHA (alpha-hydroxy acid) that has been shown to gently remove the top layer of dead skin cells. Lactic acid is one of the gentlest AHAs and may also help to control or prevent acne.
3. Naturally moisturizing
Dry skin can be caused by a lower level of lipids such as cholesterol, ceramide and fatty acids in the skin. This lipid barrier must be restored and rehydrated to improve dry skin. Goat milk soap contains a high amount of these lipids, which may replace those missing fats while providing moisture to allow for better water retention in the skin.
FOR LONG-LASTING SOAP
Please keep you soap in a well drained soap dish and never allow your soap to sit in or under a stream of water. Your natural soap will last MUCH longer if you make sure it completely dries in between uses. Love your soap - use a dish!
